Duplicate bookmarks handled as one

Details
When the same page is stored in multiple locations in bookmarks, changing one
bookmark will affect the other. For example, if you add http://www.mozilla.org
to a bookmark folder, then trying to add another bookmark to
http://www.mozilla.org to the same folder only "resets" the original bookmark
(sets its name to the title of the page if it was renamed, etc.) rather than
creating a seperate entry. Also, if you put two bookmarks to the same place in
different folders, changing the properties of one (name, URL, etc) affects the
other.
