IBM Thinkpad scrollpoint scroll button doesn't work

Details
On a Thinkpad you have a blue button below the mouse buttons. Holding this
button down and moving your eraser-head mouse should produce a scroll in the
direction you push the eraser-head, but it doesn't.

IBM have a new version of the Trackpoint driver that work with Netscape 6/Mozilla.
