On further code scanning, I don't think we actually need this. Here's m-c now: b2g/confvars.sh 67:MOZ_SERVICES_FXACCOUNTS=1 If bug 989151 turns on FxA with no pref set elsewhere, then we're good to go.
Firefox Accounts is enabled by default in trunk. What we need to do is pref it off for 1.4.
