The Australis firstrun and whatsnew can only work in Bedrock, we are redirecting all or most of our content to Mozilla Taiwan/China for zh-TW and zh-CN, we also have some redirects in place for Japan.

We should make sure we don't redirect our Australis tour because it can only work on the mozilla.org domain which is whitelisted in the product. I can see that at least zh-TW is redirecting to http://mozilla.com.tw

This bug should probably be assigned to Mozilla Taiwan webdevs since they asked to put the redirects all of mozilla.org to their office site, but I don't know who should that be. Jennifer, Chris,  do you know?

What's the difference from Bug 996608?

996608 is also about the home page and this one would be to check redirects for ja and zh-CN too, but given the problem seems to be only with zh-TW, I guess we can dupe it.
