This bug is hard to be reproduced. I think the CSS style of time header on lockscreen as like "12:07 PM" must be fixed. It is originated from width difference between "PM" and "오후". So, it's not overflowed in case of "01:00 오후".

Hyeonseok, how we handle this issue? If we change from 오전/오후 to AM/PM, this problem will be simply solved.

We've stopped shipping Firefox OS for phones. Thus resolving this as WONTFIX.
