Description:
When the user goes to the Forward when busy screen, the header is truncated
Setup Steps:
1) Settings > Language > Malay
Repro Steps:
1) Update Buri device to v1.4 BuildID: 20140423000203
2) Call Settings > Forward when busy
3) Observe that the 'Forward when busy' header is shown truncated as 'Mengajukan pang...'
Actual:
'Forward when busy' header is shown truncated as 'Mengajukan pang...'
Expected:
'Forward when busy' header is shown without truncation

This issue does not occur on the Buri v1.3 MOZ ril.
