Reporter, you've omitted a crucial step in your instructions to reproduce this behavior, and that is how you got Mozilla into the condition where new browser windows are larger than the screen. By default, they aren't; indeed, Fizzilla/2001091313 (0.9.4) works just fine following your instructions. However, what probably happened to you is that you visited a site that opened a new browser window and then enlarged it to fill your screen. You likely closed that window and continued browsing in the original window, but then when you tried to open a new window yourself found them being created larger than your screen. Check back through your browser history and see if you can recall something like this happening. If you can, determine the site URL and post it here as part of more complete reproduction instructions. Thanks.
