Description: Once bluetooth is disabled on the second device, and you swipe down to reveal the "Notifications Menu", the string "File could not be received" is truncated and also overlaps with the timestamp of the notification. Repro Steps: 1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140428000206 2) Turn on bluetooth on the test device 3) Have another phone pair up with the test phone using Bluetooth 4) Send a file using Bluetooth from the other phone to the test phone. 5) The test phone should accept the Bluetooth file transfer. 6) While the file is transferring, turn off Bluetooth on the other phone. 7) Pull down the notification bar to reveal the "Notifications Menu" on the test phone and observe the string "File could not be received". 8) Notice the truncation of the string, as well as the overlapping of the string and the time stamp. Actual: The string "File could not be received" is truncated, and overlaps with the time stamp.
