steps to reproduce:
1. Load marketplace-dev packaged app on your tarako phone
2. Search for "Fishing Cat" app
3. Install app
4. Notice that the button status changes to "Open"
5. Click on the app to loads its apps details page
6. Notice the button status
7. Hit back button to go back to the search results page
8. Notice the button status
expected behavior:
At #6 and #8, button status remains "Open"
observed behavior:
At #6 and #8, button status reverts to "Install"

i think this should block 998811. If the button for an installed app reverts to "Install", the user may click it again and end up seeing "RESINSTALL_FORBIDDEN" error which is an easily averted error case.
Please consider fixing it for v0(unclear what is v0 exactly)

I can still reproduce this issue using the following STR
1. Launch marketplace prod app
2. Install one of the apps from the homepage
3. Button status changes to "open"
4. Click on the "Get Help" link which will launch a SUMO link in the browser thereby closing the marketplace app
5. Relaunch Marketplace app
6. Notice the button status on the homepage
observed behavior:
after step #6, button reverts to 'Install'. Clicking it will throw a 'REINSTALL_FORBIDDEN' error. Navigating to the details page will change the button status to 'Open'.

I was able to reproduce only on my Keon. I updated the package on prod with a patch attempt. After, the buttons changed to Open on the homepage on my Keon.
