There is an effort underway to land "loop", a WebRTC feature for Fx. The initial plan is to land this in nightly and have it *not* ride the trains for some undetermined time.
The attached patch introduces a MOZ_LOOP variable which is only true if NIGHTLY_BUILD is defined. This patch does *not* introduce anything that depends on this variable, but we hope to soon have some patches for review which makes use of it.
