Bug 989290 introduced GAIA_MEMORY_PROFILE=low on 1.3T for setting up some Tarako specific build settings. For email, we now have a build setting we want different for Tarako class hardware vs other hardware, tracked in bug 1001577, and I would like to reuse GAIA_MEMORY_PROFILE=low for that. That bug is only targeted for gaia master. This bug is for tracking the basic addition of a GAIA_MEMORY_PROFILE build setting in gaia master. In bug 989290 comment 77, :djf suggested spinning out a specific bug for this build setting, so this is that bug. If it is just changing the main Makefile to add GAIA_MEMORY_PROFILE to BUILD_CONFIG, then I can do that change. However, if something more is wanted, I will need some guidance on what else needs to go. For email's purposes, the Makefile change is enough.

Bug 1002593 will not address build-related changes for GAIA_MEMORY_PROFILE. Note that in master apps/gallery/build/build.js is one of the files that needs to be updated based on the changes to the 1.3t build/applications-data.js made in bug 989290 and bug 998095.
