This behavior will change/be fixed once the iframe pushes out on Tuesday.

This is partially solved and the button is now green and in "Open" state after installation. What should be solved is that during a packaged app download, the button should be always in a "waiting" state(spinner wheel displayed). The actual behavior is that after 30 seconds, the button state is changed to "Free" even if download is ongoing .
