* Description:
This problem happens on v2.0 build.
After built-in media player start playing video RTSP streaming, you can see
(1) the size of built-in media player is small and browser cannot adjust it to fit screen's size.
(2) the screen of video RTSP is behind the toolbar.
We may need UX's suggestion to see if we need to adjust the size of built-in media player to fit screen's size.
Attach the screenshot.(2014-05-05-18-43-52.png)
* Reproduction steps:
1. Connect to a hotspot
2. Launch the following page via browser
- http://goo.gl/FyHFNs
3. Tap the "Video test page (3GP)"
4. After FxOS launches the video to play RTSP stream, please check the size of built-in media player
* Expected result:
Browser resizes built-in media player to fit screen size
* Actual result:
The size of built-in media player is small
* Reproduction build: V2.0 (Buri)

Does any one know who is the owner or peer of built-in media player?

Hi Hema, might be media player or browser issue, can you take a look first? Thanks.

(In reply to Ken Chang[:ken] from comment #3)
> Should we change the component?
Absolutely. The question is, which component is the right one?
I don't have an answer right now, but had proposed some possible ones.

This should be built-in media player's issue. Hi Hema, could you re-assign to the right person to solve it? thank you.

Moving this to Toolkit > Video/Audio Controls component for triage and fix. If I got the component wrong, please correct me.
Thanks
Hema

If toolkit is looking into this, I'll wait to see if this is a browser issue. Please ni me if that is still in question...thanks

Hi Dave, this issue relates to a major feature: RTSP video streaming for FF OS 2.0. Could you take a look and re-assign to the right person? Thanks.

Dolske, can you take this or assign to someone on your team?

I wasn't aware B2G used toolkit code for this. Doesn't look like the touch controls on Android. Wes?

B2G does (although most of their apps override the built in controls. These bugs are making me re-prioritize the rewrite work. I can dig into that again (bug 704229).

Hi Howie, who can take this bug? can we assign a owner here, as we don't have much time now. this is 2.0 blocker.

Hi Wesley, could you take this for now? It's a Firefox OS 2.0 blocker and we kindly need your help here. Thank you.

Firefox for Android does use the touch-centric video controls, but we really only work on that code to fix bugs in Firefox for Android. We try to avoid doing work that might affect Desktop or Firefox OS.
Each time we need to work on the video controls code, we try to limit the amount of time we spend on the work. We really don't have resources to treat the controls as common toolkit code.
With this in mind, I don't expect to assign someone to this work. But we can help try to figure out the issue and offer some assistance and direction in trying to get it fixed.
* Is this a regression? If it is a regression, what caused it. If not a regression, then...
* Why is this a blocker for 2.0?

Hi Mark, we have customer request for Audio and Video RTSP, since we are moving playback to system browser, thus, these UI issues has to be fixed.

Modify the title because it belongs to toolkit component.
Summary: [RTSP][V2.0] Cannot resize built-in media player to fit screen size → [Toolkit] Cannot auto-resize built-in media player to fit screen size

per team discussion, since this related to auto-resize,thus, i don't see is is a blocker. sorry for the confusion.

Since this is specific to B2G on mobile, can we close this as wontfix?

Close this bug because:
1) No one is working on RTSP for b2g right now.
2) The demand is pretty low or even none (rare use cases in using RTSP on mobile devices).
