Description:
In Settings->Cellular & Data, the header string "Tethering settings" appears with truncation.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140505000201
2) Tap on Settings to open app, navigate to Cellular & Data.
3) Scroll down to second to last pull-down menu.
4) Observe header string is truncated.
Actual:
Header string appears with truncation
Expected:
All strings translated without truncation
