Description: When a file is sent via Bluetooth, the notification saying "The transfer has started" has a sub-heading string that says "Check the progress in the Notification center." That sub-heading string is truncated. This foreground banner notification occurs both when the phone is in the lockscreen and not in the lockscreen. Repro Steps: 1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140508000201 and change the language to Japanese. 2) Pull down on the "Notifications" bar to open the "Notifications" menu. 3) Tap on "Bluetooth" in the bottom center. 4) From the homescreen, tap on "Gallery" 5) Select an image 6) Tap on the "share" icon in the bottom center. 7) Tap on "Bluetooth" 8) Tap on the 2nd device to send it via bluetooth. 9) Observe the foreground notification banner. Actual: The sub-heading string "Check the progress in the Notification center" is truncated.
