Aren't we only talking about one country (for launch)?
So this bug is specifically about adding India?

For now, let's add India. We also need to ensure that if a developer unchecks India as a supported region that overrides the "tarako" tag.

From Lisa Brewster: "Until we have more confidence about the timing of tarako, I think we should wait. A good time to enable it would be shortly after an India launch date is announced."
