Press and hold an icon from anywhere in the grid (but preferrably the top of the grid) and drag it to the bottom to create a new divider.
It's expected that the scrolling to bottom is fast enough to not be frustrating. Currently it is very slow and extremely frustrating.

This patch doubles our scroll speed from 1% per animation frame to 2%. It feels good to me, so perhaps you can give it a try on the branch? Alternatively we can just land and continue to tweak as necessary.

Peter - I've doubled the scroll speed of moving icons. Can you try the latest master and let me know what you think?
Note: there is a slight hitch as you scroll each row, I'll chat with graphics guys this week to see what we can do to address this. Thanks!

Hi Kevin,
I just tried the latest master on my Flame and Inari.
On Flame:
It feels much better, but I feel it could still be a bit faster. Maybe 3%?
On Inari:
It still feels painfully slow. It is somehow different in feel than on the Flame.
Also, I noticed that when you get to the bottom, it keeps scrolling indefinitely, eventually creating an empty screen. When you finally let go, it snaps back to the grid. I don't think this is a good behaviour. It should just stop at a reasonable distance after you pass the bottom divider. Reasonable being about the height of 1 or 1.5 icon rows.
