User Story

- In Loop Settings I have the option to configure the default type of outgoing calls: Audio only or Video+Audio.

- This setting will be used for any calls made from Loop Application via the contact picker (bug 1007924).

- This setting will not be used for the following type of calls:
1.) Call Log: When Calling Back to an ID based on a Call Log entry, the type of call used for that entry will be used. (bug 1007937)
2.) Contact Details: When doing this the user must explicitly select the type of call by selecting the right button. (bug 1007933)

- In any case, during the call the user will be allowed to changed the type of call (add or remove video stream). The resulting call log will display as type of call (audio or audio+video) the one used to start the communication (i.e. it will not reflect later changes on the type of call).

- The initial configured value will be Video.

- In case of changing this initial or default value and if the user log-out and log-in again, Loop app will not persist that value, in the same way that the Call log history does not persist when logging out.

- If there is no camera in the device, this option will not be shown and the type of call will be always audio.
