This makes the menus unusable in general from a secondary monitor. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Start mozilla on a dual monitor machine. 2.Drag mozilla to the secondary monitor (usually to the right) 3.Click on a menu item in the menu bar. The menu will show up in the wrong monitor.
