This string can not be changed to something else. Unfortunately the space for the tags in contacts app is short and several tags are truncated. I have seen that the layout of contacts is going to change in v2 and the tags will fit. Maybe having a smaller font will bring less truncated tags but will not eliminate all of them.

I'll resolve this bug as wontfix. If there is any objection please comment below and I'll reopen the bug.
