How about allowing the user to save a .wav file to their profile so that when new mail arrives it plays that .wav file. (or similar sound format). Would be pretty cool to have the ability to choose whatever sound you want as your mail notification.... maybe it would be good for those who want to create themes... you can include a sound that coresponds with the theme.
