Description:
When editing downloads in settings the header string 'Edit Downloads' is truncated in Bengali.
Repro Steps:
1) Update a Buri to BuildID: 20140515000202.
2) Select Bengali (3rd language option).
3) Select Settings.
4) Select Downloads.
5) Select the 'checkmark'/'Edit' button.
6) Observe the header string 'Edit downloads' is truncated.
Actual:
The header string 'Edit downloads' is truncated.
Expected:
The string is translated properly without truncation.
