Steps to reproduce:
With Electrolysis enable and with Flash set to ask everytime...
Actual results:
Neither the plugin container nor the URL bar warning, which doesn't appear, won't let you enable the flash.
Expected results:
Normal behaviour of enable/disable plugins by clicking the plugin container and a notification should appear
