To reproduce:
- Launch apprunner
- Select Edit | Preferences
- Click on Languages

Result: Nothing happens. Whichever prefs pane was previously showing remains
there; the Languages pane is not displayed.

Expected result: the Languages pane is displayed.
Assignee: shuang → matt
reassign it to matt so he or other FE can fix it.
OS: Windows NT → All
Hardware: PC → All
Also on Mac OS 8.5, Linux. Updating platform &c.
