The firefox logo is only partially displayed on the Accounts login page. The upper left portion is displayed, but the bottom and right side are cut off

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Open_C to BuildID: 20140519040204
2) Begin FTU
3) Proceed to 'Firefox Accounts' page

Actual:
Only the upper left portion of the logo is visible. 

Expected:
The entire firefox logo is displayed
