We need to re-enable test_marketplace_create_confirm_pin.py and test_marketplace_purchase_app.py when bug #1013397 - Purchase app flow produces error after create/confirm pin is fixed.

Stephen, it looks like, in bug 1013397, that Kumar says that we need new apps for testing. I have added a comment to that bug and needinfo'd Krupa asking her to create the new apps. Once that's done we can see if that actually fixes the issue or whether we need to open more bugs.
