This is with the patches in bug 944938 applied and enabled. When scrolling very quickly, scrollbars momentarily disappear. This might be because they're covered by white stuff (bug 1013479), or it might be due to something else.

This might be a dupe of bug 1056423.

I'm not able to reproduce this on latest nightly with APZ enabled. I scrolled hard on planet.mozilla.org and the scrollbars were always present.

I encountered a similar behavior on Firefox 42.0a1 (2015-07-29) under Windows 7 64-bit. Hit on this issue while browsing http://www.bhphotovideo.com/ This is not reproducible on Mac OS X 10.10.4 I am attaching a video for a better understanding. What do you think Kats? Should I reopen this bug or file a new one?

This particular site has been filed as bug 1188624 - interestingly, George reproduced it on 10.10.4.
