The exception button in the in-content preferences content pane should be vertical aligned with the checkbox, see screenshot.

Confirming on latest Nightly 33.0a1 (buildID: 20140610030202) that the "Exceptions" button from Content tab - "Pop-ups" section is not vertical aligned with the checkbox.

The problem does not exist with the current preferences design, so resolving WORKSFORME.
