* Description:
  Play a streaming under full screen mode then press power key to enter sleep mode.
  After you unlock the device, you will see the browser's toolbar is truncated.
  Attach the demo video. (WP_20140522_011.mp4)

* Reproduction steps:
  1. Play a streaming on YouTube
  2. Enter full screen mode
  3. Press the power key to enter sleep mode
  4. Press the power key again then unlock the device
  5. Check the browser toolbar

* Expected result:
  The toolbar is located at bottom of screen

* Actual result:
  UI truncation happened

Issue is NOT reproducible on today's 1.4 on Buri. The bottom toolbar correctly resumes upon unlocking the phone.
