Steps To Reproduce: 1. Open "Browser console" Ctrl+Shift+J Actual Results: Missing textbox Expected Results: Textbox should be appears at bottom of the console

You need to have devtools.chrome.enabled as true to see the input box in browser console. see bug 922161
