steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://payments-alt.allizom.org/developers/app/test-app-8hk/payments/ 2. Click on "Add, manage or view transactions for your payment accounts" 3. Click on 'View transactions' expected behavior: We link to the 'Reports' page in Boku when user clicks the View Transactions actual behavior: We link to the Boku homepage
