STR:
- Open the toolbox on this page
- Grab the top splitter to resize it
- Drag it all the way up until it covers the whole content and touches the top firefox toolbar

==> Once there, the toolbox can't be resized anymore manually. The splitter handle isn't reachable for some reason.

Note that depending on the browser width, it's not always possible to resize the toolbox all the way to the top.
