I need to be able to run the R-oop test from B2G Desktop Linux x64 Opt locally, in order to debug a failure that occurred when I landed 994293. This is turning out to be hard. On IRC :ahal suggested adding "options.browser_arg = '-oop'" in layout/tools/reftest/mach_commands.py and running the b2g desktop reftest via mach. I'm running into various errors while going down this road, file this meta bug to track them all.

I haven't had issues with running reftests recently, and I don't think b2g desktop is a thing anymore.
