steps to reproduce: 1. Load https://payments-alt.allizom.org/developers/app/test-app-8hk/payments/ 2. Click on 'Add, manage or view transactions for your payment accounts' link 3. Click on 'Add a Boku Account' 4. Click the 'Register Payment Account' without entering any details observed behavior: Alignment of buttons gets skewed when there are error message.
