On the tab panel[bug1014996], “Plus” icon remains the same position as on horizontal tab strip. Tabs should be listed in a chronological order. A new tab loads from the end of tab queue. Next step: * Implementation * Animation refinement
Was looking for a button as the first thing I wanted to do with v1 on Nightly so far. I think this needs updated mocks?
You can already add tabs from the tab panel but we still need to decide on the behaviour. Do we want to automatically close the tab panel when creating a tab? Maybe it should just create the tab and keep the tab panel open?

I think switching to it with keyboard down makes the most sense. It's what we currently do, and it gives our Panels a bit more exposure/opportunity to be useful. Also, I question the user value of opening a bunch of tabs simultaneously but not actually being launched automatically into any of them. :)

Ok, this is done then. Let's polish the interaction on follow-up bugs.
