User Story

As a non signed-in FF browser user I can assign a name to a call-back URL so that I am prompted this name as part of the incoming call alert when someone clicks the URL.

What to implement:

* Tag button at end of url field
* When tag button is clicked, expand the panel with the invitation name field
* User can enter the name
* The name is updated on the existing url, via PUT /call-url (added in bug 1015938).

If no name is manually set a random name is generated as a concatenation of a colour, an adjective and an animal name (for example orange prickly badger). If the user clicks the invitation he can set to whatever he wants.
