STR:
1. Launch Camera
2. Switch to Video mode
3. Tap on start
--> Camera crash

We encountered several problems on dolphine twci build but not on spreadtrum build. James, please help us.
1. Camera crash when start taking video
2. Video crash when there is 3gp file taken by other device
3. Voice call cannot adjust volumn
4. Voice call can only comes out from reciever (unable to come from speaker or BT headset)
