Requested by @ebryn. Would be nice to be able to toggle source maps without going into the settings dropdown.
Summary: Add a button to toggle source maps in the debugger toolbar or the sources toolbar → Implement a button to toggle sourcemaps in the toolbar

I tend to think we don't want this. Disabling source maps should hopefully be more of a desperation thing, not something normal. I'm going to drop the priority for now.
