The current Mozilla Support app on the Marketplace scales to fit larger screens. Instead, it should adapt its interface to provide a better experience on tablet devices.

The team is working on the osumo app for the 25 dollar smartphone. Perhaps they can somehow include this change for it somehow?
I believe Mike Cooper is working on this.

I'm not sure what a tablet version of this app would look like, and right now I'd like to focus on getting it working on the Tarako ($25 phone).
At the very least, I would need to see mockups of a tablet-sized UI for this. There is plenty of precedent for what phone-sized SUMO looks like, but we don't have any tablet-focused UIs yet.

I will upload mockups once we start work on them. I think that the first step (and this wouldn't need a mockup) is to change sizing units in the css so that the interface won't be scaled up to fit larger devices. What are your thoughts?

Joshua, I still don't know which app you are talking about. This bug was filed before the current app was released. It's here: https://marketplace.firefox.com/app/mozilla-help
I don't know what that app looks like on Firefox OS tablet. Since you seem to have one, can you provide a screen shot?

Btw, I also don't know what TPC means in this context and I'm assuming P2 means priority 2, but I don't know what the entails. Just fyi: there are currently no plans to invest any significant time on the app in the near future, we simply don't have the sources right now.

I'll need to test the app on my tablet as well; ni? myself.

The Mozilla Support app on a tablet
The new app does not experience this issue =)
TCP stands for Tablet Contributor Program, and the p2 is for our bug triaging purposes.
