Steps To Reproduce:
0. Start with new profile
1. Open Preferences
2. Select Applications pane
3. Press Tab key to focus textbox --- Focus-ring is provided as expected
4. Press Tab key to focus tree view --- No visual feedback, this is bug.
Actual Results:
No visual feedback provided.
Expected Results:
visual feedback should be provided.
(Focus-ring around Tree view or Select one of content type)

No, I'd rather that we track 1008171 for Firefox 33 and make sure that it's list of blockers is true to the name of actually blocking the release of the in-content prefs.
