1. Turn on "Screen lock" in "Settings".
2. Open "Dialer".
3. In either of the 3 tab, "Call log", "Contacts" or "Dial pad", try to call out.
4. Call screen shown, press power to lock.
5. Press power to unlock, end call.
6. Slide to the right to unlock screen.
7. Number field expanding downward, moving the whole ui lower, the 3 tabs sinking lower. See

Not sure this is a dialer bug, I've reproduced once in Home screen with the task bar
I believe it is a window management issue.
