Details
The video/3gpp and video/3gpp2 mimetypes (and the sample.3gp and sample.3g2 files) fail some of the media tests when run under the emulator.
I'm not sure yet if this is a bug in the SW Decoder on the OMX side, or the way we're interpreting the results.
You can re-enable these tests in content/media/tests/manifest.js (search for sample.3gp) to see the failures.
