When navigating to Fx Account page, users will notice that the logo is cropped.

STR: 

1. Flash flame with latest Gaia or reported version below.
2. Turn on the phone and navigate FTU to page about Firefox account.
3. You will see the image got cropped.

Actual Result:

The image is cropped

Expected Result:

The image is not copped.

I can help on this bug, this is mainly about `device pixel ratio`.

Just notice that this bug got fixed in bug 1019184.
