When receiving a notification while the screen is locked, the notification pops up, but there is no sound or vibration. Also, when the notification is received, the wallpaper gets desaturated.

Repro Steps:
1) Update a Flame to BuildID: 20140605040202
2) Make sure sound and vibrate are on and lock the device
3) Send a message to the device

Actual:
The notification displays, but there is no sound or vibration

Expected:
The phone vibrates and there is a sound with the notification

This issue does not occur on 1.4. The device vibrates and there is sound with the notification.

Yes, and good news: Patch for bug 1023642 will also fix this issue. In nutshell, the javascript error prevented sound-playing codes/... to be executed.

Please do note that the "desaturation" of wallpaper is a specified UX/Visual change in bug 950884, though.
