Description
  Connect WiFi, disable then enable WiFi will get current network icon "no signal"

Steps to Reproduce
  1.Connect to any WiFi network
  2.Disable WiFi
  3.Enable WiFi

Expected Results
  Auto connect to previous network and show correct signal icon

Actual Results
  Auto connect to previous network but signal icon show incorrect: no signal
