Adding dependancy: 106874. Once this is fixed to open new windows again, it should open tabs if tabed browsing is enabled.

Actually, "Open in New Window" shouldn't show up for bookmark items with the current code. The problem is that mozilla thinks the node is the personal toolbar itself. I currently have a patch that fixes it so the right context menu appears, but expand and open in new window don't work for folders. Go fig.
