Messenger disappears when viewing web page from the inserted link

Steps to reproduce:
-bring up messenger appruner.exe -mail;
-bring up new mail composition window;
-click on the Link icon on the toolbar;
-choose a Web page (http://www.cnn.com) to insert;
-OK dialog box;
-send mail(HTML);
-close manually the window;
-get new mail,click on the link and note:
//note : after the Web page is fully drown you get a browser window and
Messenger is gone
expected: see Web page clicking on the link and have Messenger still running
observed with 1999-07-20-12-M9/ windows build

wow, that's really cool. I believe the way this works is going to change
drastically when necko lands so I'm reassigning to mscott for a sanity check and
to track. Cc'ing Rich, since he might be involved in url dispatching, at least
tangentially because of Mime.
Sounds like this needs to be fixed for PR1, so I added a note to the Status
Whiteboard

This is a dup of another bug of mine, I have to dig up the number. We haven't
hooked up url dispatching with necko yet. So you can't click on mailto, http,
and other embedded links in the message window.
There is a main bug about URL dispatching assigned to browser group. I'll find
it later for you.
