[1.Description]:
The ringtone will not be checked in sound interface after change system language. But if change system back, the selected ringtone will be checked.

Happened time:11:32PM
[2.Testing Steps]:
1.Launch Settings->Tap Sound->Tap Ringer
**Will enter ringtone view.
2.Choose a ringtone and then change system language.
3.Back to ringtone view.
[3.Expected Result]:
3.The ringtone should also be checked.
[4.Actual Result]:
3.The ringtone will not be checked. But if change system language back, the selected ringtone will be checked.

The video doesn't work, but this should be fixed in 2.0 by bug 960329.
