Proposed marketing requirements:
* First step may be a single click menu item in View called Full Screen that
deselects Personal toolbar, Status bar, Menu bar, and My Sidebar, leaving only
the Main Toolbar.
* Text only option for toolbars
Current engineering plan for this work is at
http://mozilla.org/xpapps/MachVPlan/Full_Screen_Mode.html
Netscape cannot afford the 'complete' implementation, so unless we get some
volunteers, we'll be implementing the 'slimline' option.
Assigned to Ben for planning/design, currently estimated at 5 days to imlement.

Can I ask why
"c) Discover a mechanism for creating a window that floats over the taskbar, but
shifts behind it in z-index when the mouse hovers over the edge of the
screen that the taskbar is attached to (hard) - swag: 7 days for me."
is a requirement? Internet explorer certainly don't do that, and I seriously
doubt anyone is going to use it, the point of having fullscreen is so we don't
see the taskbar.
Its probabily best if the minimal UI is created. That we we 'kind of' have a
fullscreen mode, and see if someone come around to make removing titlebar during
runtime scriptable.

Ok, I've read both bugs half a dozen times and I'm absolutely certain that this
is a dup.
