From https://github.com/mozilla/mortar/issues/40 for visibility: The library we're using for localisations in privileged apps is a temporal intermediate step between the old Fabien's webl10n and something new and improved called L20n that will be released sometime. We should keep an eye on that and update/replace those with L20n when it's released.
